The rooms were comfy, and the pool area was perfect for chilling after our workout in the fitness center. We loved hanging out at the bar area too. Just a heads up, the restaurant service was a bit slow, so be patient if you’re hungry. Overall, it's a great spot for a fun getaway.
One downside was that we felt a bit uncomfortable with some aggressive homeless individuals in the lobby area, which put a damper on our experience.

We had a fantastic family trip! The kids loved the yoga studio with the ballet bar, which was perfect for warming up after our dance convention. Plus, the M club provided us with great snacks and drinks, making our stay more comfortable.
My kids wished for better dining options nearby.

An Exceptional Stay with Attentive Service!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic four-night stay in a King Room. The staff displayed incredible hospitality, accommodating our early check-in requests. Enjoying the beautifully designed lobby while snacking from the M Club made our stay even sweeter. Make sure to explore nearby attractions on foot!

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

During my 2-night stay, I loved the beautiful room decor and the amazing seafood at the Porch restaurant. The M Club's offerings were disappointing, though I appreciated the coffee in the lobby. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The M Club offered excellent snacks and drinks, perfect for quick refuels. Rooms feature modern comforts with impressive views of the city, making the whole experience quite enjoyable.
Parking rates hit hard, costing $40 and feeling a bit excessive for a downtown hotel. The gym noise disrupted my sleep every morning, likely from weights being dropped. The bathroom could use a solid door instead of the glass, especially when someone needs the light on at night without it flooding the room.

I loved the fine views from my King Room, where I could take in the beautiful downtown skyline. The M Lounge was such a treat, offering delicious snacks and drinks available 24/7! Plus, being within walking distance to so many local attractions made every outing a breeze.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend escape in Louisville with good value for money. The room was beautiful and well appointed, with plenty of plugs everywhere you need one. Use Spot Hero for parking to save some cash.
